Rule #1: sites that are not allowed in our Club No slamming or flamming, of any kind what so ever. No adult sites are allowed; your site must be family friendly (we will check your site on a regular basis).And no vote pages,except for
Rule #2: how to vote for topsites As topsites run on a 24 hr system, 7 days a week, you have to wait 24 hrs before you can vote again, otherwise your vote won't be counted...
Rule #4: about some specific competitions Mini City Topsites are allowed in our Topsite Section 1 AWARD,Valenth  Rule #5: updating your vote url's You are expected to send in an update form every week, if your vote links stay the same, please say same in the update form.All updates must be done by Sunday at 10 pm EST. NO LATER UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM.
Rule #6: daily I-have-voted form This form MUST be sent in everyday AFTER VOTING! Rule #7: hidden pages I set up at random,if your voting correctly you will find it. Rule #8: LOA PLease Fill out the LOA form All I ask is to stay in touch with me,say every 2 weeks. Rule #9: leaving our Club When you want to leave our Club, email us,please don't just disappear.
